OUR FOUNDATION

Thoughtful Building, From the First Handshake to the Final Nail.

Seed Homes was founded on a simple belief that the person who shakes your hand at the start of a project should be the same one handing you the keys at the end. Every decision I make is driven by craftsmanship, honest communication, and a deep respect for the trust you place in me when you say yes. I don't take that lightly

OUR PHILOSOPHY

The home you build should outlast the decade you built it in and the builder you hire should be someone you'd trust with the key.

I believe a home should reflect the people who live in it. Built with care, designed to last, and delivered without drama. Every detail matters, from the first site walk to the finish trim. That's why I approach every project with honesty, precision, and genuine pride in the outcome. The process should feel as good as the result.

OUR VALUES

Built on Integrity, Sustained by Trust.

01. Transparency

I communicate openly from the first meeting through final completion. No runaround, no surprises. You always know exactly where your project stands.

02. Craftsmanship

Every detail reflects a commitment to quality materials, precise execution, and work that holds up long after I've left the job site.

03. Reliability

I show up. I follow through. I stand behind everything I build and I don't take on more than I can personally oversee.

    Sam Thompson

    FOUNDER AND LEAD BUILDER

I grew up in Tulsa, spent my twenties chasing wildfires across the American West and as far north as Alaska — Hotshot crews, helitack, smokejumper wings. I covered a lot of ground before I found my way to building. The winter of 2016 I built a garage in New Meadows and something clicked. A few years later I started Seed Homes on a leap of faith, and I haven't looked back.

I've been self-employed since 2019 and licensed from the start. I work in Adams and Valley County, mostly on homes that matter to the people building them - new builds, remodels, finish work, and GC consulting for owners who want someone they can actually trust at the helm. I don't take on more than I can personally run. That's not a limitation, it's the whole point.

When I'm not on a job site you'll find me on a motorcycle somewhere in the backcountry, or out adventuring with my wife, daughter and two pups.

LET’S BUILD TOGETHER

Your Legacy Starts Here.

Every lasting home begins with a conversation. Share your land, your ideas, your vision and I'll help make it real.
