From the Fire Line to the Finish Work.

Most builders hand you a business card. I'll hand you my word. I spent years as a wildland firefighter (Hotshot crews, helitack in Alaska, smokejumper wings) before I found my way to building. When I finally picked up a framing hammer instead of a Pulaski, something clicked. The same things that matter on a fire line matter on a job site: show up, communicate, don't cut corners, and never leave a mess for someone else to deal with. I started Seed Homes in 2019 on a leap of faith ,the mustard seed kind, and I've been building homes in Adams and Valley County the same way ever since. Intentionally. Personally. By hand.

OUR SERVICES

Built for Every Vision.

Every home tells a story. I'm here to help you build yours, whether you're starting from scratch, expanding what you have, or finishing the details that make a house a home.

  • A modern house with dark exterior and large garage doors, surrounded by lush green yard and tall trees in a semi-rural area.

    Custom Home Builds

From site prep to final walkthrough, I manage every phase personally. If you're building in Adams or Valley County, you deserve a builder who knows the land, the climate, and the trades it takes to do it right out here.

  • A small wooden shed with a gable roof in a snowy landscape, with trees and overcast sky in the background.

    Remodels & Renovations

Your home has a story. A good remodel respects it. Whether you're opening up a floor plan, updating a kitchen, or tackling something structural, I work with what's already there, carefully and cleanly.

  • Bright modern kitchen with white cabinets, a large marble-topped island, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, and pendant lighting.

    GC Consulting

Already have a vision but need someone to help you execute it? I'll step in as your GC - coordinating trades, managing timelines, and making sure the right people are doing the right work at the right time. Think of it as having a builder in your corner whose only loyalty is to your project.

  • Bathroom with a double vanity with dark wood cabinets, a large mirror, granite countertop, and a sink. The bathroom has a window, tile walls, and a shower enclosure with a tiled interior.

    Custom Finish Work

The details are where a house becomes a home. From trim and built-ins to custom cabinetry and finish carpentry, this is the craft work that most contractors rush through. I don't.

OUR PROCESS

How We Build Together

01. Meet & Dream

Every project starts with a conversation in person, on your land if we can. Before we talk numbers or timelines, I want to know if we're a good fit. Do we communicate the same way? Do we see the same thing when we look at that hillside? If the answer is yes, we walk the property together and start dreaming out loud about what's possible.

02.‍ ‍Plan & Build the Team

Once we're aligned on the vision, I bring in the right people: architects, engineers, and trusted subcontractors who can actually deliver what you're imagining within a budget that's real. This stage is where hopes become blueprints and handshakes become scopes of work. I stay at the center of every conversation so nothing gets lost in translation.

03. Build & Stay Close

This is where it gets built and where most builders disappear. I don't. Whether it's a daily check-in or a weekly update, you'll always know where your project stands. You can call or text me directly. No middleman, no runaround, no wondering what's happening on your own job site.

ROOTED IN IDAHO

Where the Land Shapes the Build.

I've lived and worked in these mountains long enough to know that building here isn't the same as building anywhere else. The winters are real, the terrain doesn't forgive shortcuts, and the people who hire you can usually tell the difference between someone who cares and someone who doesn't. I grew up in the trades doing it all; framing, finish work, cabinetry, and GC and I've carried the same standard through every single project. At Seed Homes, the work is personal because I make it personal. Your home is the legacy you're planting. I take that seriously.
